Fantastic if your seeking to get some sun and get your tan on. With San Juan’s wonderful natural surrounding and a tropical setting; can be great for relaxation.

In San Juan there are awesome tourist attractions like the Old San Juan which is the oldest settlement in Puerto Rico, Ocean Park an upscale beachfront area and Condado which is another ocean front touristic place. For this trip, I would be packing my sundress, skirts, shirts, shorts, flip flops, sandals, all my summer wear. Definitely wont forget to apply sunscreen.

Hi girls! I’ve decided to take the ultimate summer vacation and head down to The Bahamas for a week!

Located only 50 miles off the coast of Florida, The Bahamas are made up of 700 islands! While only about 30 of the islands are inhabited, they all share the wonderful Caribbean weather and beautiful, bright nature that surrounds them!

If any of you girls would like to visit, let me give you some pointers to enjoy your stay and fit in with the culture! The Bahamas are filled with beautiful flowers and palm trees. On top of that, the national bird, the flamingo, and the bright blue ocean add even more color to the island. So have fun with your clothes and wear something beautiful, bright, and fun! Try snorkeling with all of the tropical fish or sailing out to sea for the day, and don’t forget to try some of the local food!

Hope you all get a chance to visit! Until next time!

Trend Travels: New Orleans, Louisiana

by Emily West on July 19th, 2011

Hi girls! I am back in the United States in the wonderful and exciting city of New Orleans, Louisiana.

New Orleans is not a typical American city. I went down to visit the French Quarter of the city where they actually speak French and I have tried all of the hot and spicy food (craw fish was my favorite).

Like the food, the weather is extremely hot down here in “The Big Easy” but that hasn’t slowed anyone down! The streets are alive with all kinds of performers and music and everyone seems to be having a good time at all hours of the day!

To keep up with everyone else, I have been trying to dress the way the natives of New Orleans do. I have noticed a lot of beautiful sundresses and shorts the girls wear matched with a pair of cowboy boots or a cute pair of sandals. However, I must be careful to not mismatch my clothes and accessories, because that it a big no-no in New Orleans fashion.

Hope all you girls are enjoying your summer. Until next time!
